The global meet and the investment board

Investment promotion in Bihar has two early landmarks in the printed questions. The first Bihar Global Meet was held at Patna on 19-21 January 2007, and the key says the President inaugurated it. The Chief Minister, the Governor and the Prime Minister are the other officers offered.
